National Academy for Training And Development (NATAD)
National Academy for Training and Development (NATAD), an
institution operating under the aegis of ISTD, is a
dedicated centre of excellence offering high quality
programmes for the corporate and the academic world.
6 batches have already undergone NATAD’s “Certified
Trainer”. Batch 6 was held in Delhi from January 30 to
February 4 and had many participants from all over India
from major market segments.
We also conducted a “Certified Trainer” workshop at
Indianoil Institute of Petroleum Management, Gurgaon and are
in talks with HCL, Reliance and others.
NATAD has come out with an “Advanced Post Graduate Programme
in HRD (APGPHRD)”, through integration of 17 stand-alone
Masters Certificate Modules.
All the 17 Modules - Evaluation and Measurement of Training,
HR as a Tool for Change Management, Competency Mapping,
Talent Management, OB and Global Competitiveness, Emotional
Intelligence for Organisational Excellence, Creativity and
Innovation, Manpower Planning and Budgeting, Cross Cultural
issues in HR Management, Management of Training
Institutions, Role of HR in Strategic Planning, IT for HR
and Training, Developing Soft Skills, HR Accounting, HR
Balanced Score Card, Leadership Development and Statutory
Dimensions of HRM – have been developed and launched, since
July 2008.
3 popular Modules, Competency Mapping, Talent Management and
Emotional Intelligence for Organisational Excellence, were
relaunched.
Currently, 6 Modules are available:
NATAD is progressing
the possibility of conducting MBA (HR) programmes.
We have also registered for 3 acres of land (for our own campus
for MBA programmes) in Greater Noida Knowledge Park 5.
