The best thing about NATAD’s “APGPHRD” is the choice of topics being covered, which are very relevant in the HR space today. I am encouraged to take up all the programme topics because of the ability to research each topic in depth (through self study) and discuss ideas and issues with the experienced faculty during the contact classes.

I hope you are in good health and good times. 

As you know, I am in Canada and will be completing a year in July 2010.All's well with family and life. 

Also, I want to let you know that CSTD has a similar certification to NATAD's (ISTD) "Certified Trainer' and it is titled 'CTP- Certified Training Practitioner'. I will be attempting it in the near future.  

I must add that the NATAD's(ISTD) process is much more rigorous than CSTD's and my experience at NATAD's process will hold me in good stead.
